Hey! I'm Aiden, an orchestral and ambient composer for both programmatic performance settings and media - specialising in video games and moving image!I've been composing for six years as of September of 2025 and will be beginning my studies at the Royal College of Music for undergraduate composition the same month.I'm also beginning work as an Indie Dev with a small team working on a project called "Polytonality"

The Painter and The Baker:

Written as a quasi-narrative piece, as I was coming off the peak of my Studio Ghibli and Joe Hisaishi ensemble studies in March 2025.I wrote this with the image of a customer (the Painter) coming in multiple times to see the owner (the Baker) until the two eventually fall in love and their two lines overlap.


One Day, Three Autumns

A symphonic poem written around on a translation of the proverb “一日三秋” (One day, three autumns), this piece reflects the emotions and feelings of the time without a person you eagerly want to spend time with – from upset and loneliness, to the expectance of seeing them again when you know the time is coming.The finale excerpt attached is my greatest example of more energetic and fantastical music.


Aqua : Test Album

A collection of test pieces for my team's submission to Pixel Jam in May 2024.Two of these are used in the mentioned project in Projects & Games but all were exported for purely listening in this album.


Projects & Games

Currently, I am working on a few projects that are not yet in a position for my role in them as a composer to be shown! The following examples are my submissions as part of Game Jams.


Free Time is a short, mini-game focused narrative game developed by a team of four for the Inbound Shovel Jam. The theme was "Just Get Started."I was both composer and writer for this project, getting to interact with the music dynamically - with the tracks layering and changing for the player based on the minigame they complete. Dream Sick is a 3D, low-poly platformer about the player overcoming their insomnia, developed by a team of four also for the Inbound Shovel Jam.I acted more as a freelancer for this team throughout the jam, following in line with the requirements of the team and the music that was necessary. This was another chance for me to work with adapative and dynamic music, providing two main tracks with variances in the melody that can be adapted per level.Play it by clicking on the banner above!- Banner designed and rendered by snacksgg


Roaming and Wandering is a 2.5D, turn-based RPG with 3x3, grid-based combat systems.I have joined the team as a cinematic and story-scene composer, contrasting the soundfont usage of the rest of the musicians with my more "realistic" production style.Follow the game by clicking on the banner above!
